Wind blows vehicles off southern Alberta highways

Gusty winds created dangerous driving conditions on highways south of Calgary on Saturday.
RCMP advised people to stay off Highway 2 between Claresholm and Fort Macleod.
Bert Kutos was driving on that stretch between Highway 3 and Highway 520 and says the wind was so strong it felt like he was on a bucking horse.
Kutos says he encountered six semis sitting in the ditch.
Anam also called in saying he was worried his truck would get hit by a smaller car.
He added he was diverted by emergency personnel as he was driving south on Hwy 2 to 519.
A wind warning is in effect for areas south of Calgary including Okotoks, High River, Claresholm and Lethbridge.
Winds are gusting up to 140 km/h.
