Zoo making good progress on changes

The Calgary Zoo’s to-do list of improvements is getting shorter.
A new progress report shows the zoo has followed through on 20 of the 36 changes it said it would implement in an action plan launched last year.
The recommendations deal with making improvements to staff, facilities and animal care, after the zoo admitted that some animal deaths were caused by human error.
The Calgary Sun reports the rest of the changes should be made by fall.
