Callebauts found in contempt

A judge has ruled that Bernard Callebaut and his wife Francesca were in contempt of the receivership of their company and have now been ordered to pay nearly $150,000 in restitution and penalties.
The Callebauts are accused of stealing moulds and chocolate’s after the company was placed in receivership, which is a direct violation of the order.
According to the Calgary Herald the world renowned chocolatier will now pay more that $99,000 in restitution and $50,000 in penalties.
