Province pours $3-million into disaster relief program

Relief is on the way for communities damaged by flooding in southeastern Alberta.
The provincial government is pouring $3-million into a disaster recovery program to help clean up debris, and fix buildings and roads damaged by the snowpack melt.
The program will assist residents, small businesses and municipalities return uninsurable property loss, to pre-disaster condition.
The money will help people in Medicine Hat, the County of Forty Mile and the village of Foremost, among others.
