Aggie Days on at Stampede Park

Aggie days are back at Stampede Park.

Spokesperson Bill Duke tells 660News, the event provides a chance for city-slickers to learn about farming.

“It’s an ag-education celebration for people who don’t have access to a farm, or a background in agriculture to learn how food gets from the farm to their fridge,” he says.

The event is at the BMO Centre and includes attractions like cow milking, sheep shearing and displays explaining how different types of farm equipment work.

It runs from 10 a.m until 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Admission is $5 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.
