Spruce Meadows hosts annual Garden Show

Gardeners got a chance to learn some new trick Sunday afternoon.
The Calgary Horticultural Society hosted their annual Garden Show at Spruce Meadows.
Enthusiasts had the chance to take in how-to clinics on topics like growing roses in Calgary and pruning trees and shrubs.
Those on hand ranged from avid gardeners to those looking for a fun family outing and a chance to do something a little different.
Visitors enjoyed locally grown organic snacks while visiting over 200 different booths.
The show also features four activities for children, like a honey bee show and tell and seed mosaic making.
