A 36-year-old man is dead after a motorcycle crash late Monday afternoon.
Duty Inspector Paul Stacey tells 660News, that the crash happened around 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of Edmonton Trail and 7th Avenue N.E.

The man was rushed to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
No other vehicles were involved and police believe that excessive speed was a factor in the collision.
