Brace yourself Calgarians! Major delays on Deerfoot Trail are set to start once again. Lane closures and speed limits begin Tuesday to accommodate two bridge deck overlay projects.
Resurfacing work will squeeze lanes on the northbound Ogden Road flyover, which should last until early August. The same will happen on the Calf Robe bridge, which is slated to go until the middle of October.
In an effort to reduce headaches, signal timing adjustments will be made on alternate routes, including Macleod and Barlow Trails.
Drivers going southbound won’t be affected.
