The province is prepared for a strike at Canada Post.
The Government of Alberta has an emergency mail plan in case of a work stoppage at the Crown corporation.
Offices across our province will be used for mail collection and drop-off during a mail strike.
Albertans that need to send mail to the provincial government can deliver it to the nearest office. No stamp is required, but it must have the full addresses of both the sender and the recipient.
If you receive mail or a cheque from the province you will be notified when and where to pick it up, unless other arrangements have been made.
