River levels rise again

Calgarians might want to postpone any plans they have on the city’s rivers and streams this weekend.
The city’s fire chief is warning that levels on the Bow and Elbow rivers are rising again because of all the rain Calgary has received in the last few days.
No high stream flow advisories are in effect in the Calgary area yet, but Bruce Burrell says they could be coming.
He says the rivers are not only running high and fast, they’re also full of dangerous debris.
