Eleven youths from the Calgary Police Cadet Corps are recovering from six months of intense training.
On Saturday, the group had their year end parade after cramming three years worth of material into the past term and will go back to continue training in September.
At the ceremonies Cadets received promotion of rank and awards or scholarships for individual achievement.
There is no cost to join the Corps and youth may earn school credit by taking part in the program.
The Corps foundations are based on similar military programs.
