Charges laid in Medicine Hat murder

Police in Medicine Hat have laid some shocking charges against a 31-year-old man in the death of a two year-old boy earlier this week.
Tjaye William Heller is charged with first degree murder, sexual assault, sexual interference and interference with a dead body.
The boy, whose name is now under a publication ban but was made public on Wednesday, was in the man’s care when he suffered traumatic head injuries Tuesday afternoon.
Heller was taken in to custody at the time on unrelated charges at the time but has now been charged with murder.
He will appear in court July 7th.
