It’s judgement day for Dustin Paxton as a judge is scheduled to bring down his verdict in the first of three trials at 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
This first trial involves a former girlfriend who says the now 31-year-old assaulted and sexually assaulted her.
Paxton testified the two did have a sexual relationship, but said once he learned that the alleged victim lied about her age and was actually just 17, he immediately stopped all intimate relations with her.
