Driver arrested after rollover

Reckless driving and alcohol flipped a small S-U-V on its roof Sunday evening.
A Toyota Camry was driving eastbound coming out of the downtown core at a high rate of speed on 5th Avenue southeast just after 8 p.m.
The Camry then rear-ended a Toyota RAV4 and flipped it onto its roof.
The driver of the Camry kept going and apparently tried to flee the scene.
Duty inspector Paul Stacey tells 660News a bylaw officer stepped in at the intersection of Edmonton Trail and Memorial Drive.
“A bylaw officer who witnessed everything was able to arrest the driver of the Camry with the help of some bystanders and this fellow was held for police.”
There was a female passenger in the Camry and only one man with minor injuries in the RAV4.
