Another $100,000 for “The King” at the 2011 edition of The Calgary Stampede.
Kelly Sutherland was triumphant in Sunday night’s “Dash for Cash” at The Rangeland Derby. For Sutherland he adds to his record haul. It was win number
12 in the Stampede Chuckwagon Races.
Some other great performances were had on the final day of the stampede rodeo, including Clint Cannon getting it done thanks to a 92 in the Bareback and an arena record tying performance by Tuff Cooper to claim $100,000 in Tie Down Roping with a 6.3.
Shane Proctor was tops in bull riding at 91, Chad Ferley was tops in Saddlebronc, Sydni Blanchard continued her roll with a 17.21 in Ladies Barrel Racing to nip Lindsay Sears and Straws Milan took steer wrestling with a time of 3.6 seconds.
