Fiestaval heads up Calgary

It’s Fiestaval weekend with the 5th annual Latin festival kicking off at noon both Saturday and Sunday at Olympic Plaza.

The event’s Christian Griffenstein tells 660News they have a couple of international shows here this year in addition to the local talent.

The free, family-oriented festival features more than two dozen Latin acts from western Canada as well, along with more than 70 different vendors, dance classes and arts and crafts.
