Man uninjured after flipping boat

A close call for a man on the Bow River when his boat flipped, catapulting him into the rushing water.
According to the fire department, the vessel hit an abutment under the Centre Street Bridge around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
When the Calgary Fire Department Aquatics Team arrived on the scene, he was already sitting on the shore nearby.
The fire department took the uninjured man, along with his boat, to his truck parked along the shore.
