Central library location confusion

A news release sent Monday night said city council had unanimously agreed on the East Village as the new location for a central library; but within 20 minutes, that release was recalled.

It seems the mayor and aldermen ran out of time Monday night, and will be discussing the library location again Tuesday.

A final decision is expected Tuesday afternoon.
