Pedestrian hit on Deerfoot Trail

The north bound lanes of Deerfoot Trail are closed after a car hit a pedestrian.
Police expect around Peigan trail to 17 Ave south east to be shut down for four hours into Sunday morning.
Around 10:30pm Saturday a man was crossing the busy stretch near the Inglewood golf course and was struck by a north bound vehicle.
Police tell 660News that he was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries and they are still investigating.
