Some tips to solving workplace conflicts

Taking credit for someone else’s work, spreading gossip along with being to competitive are just a few common things that can cause shenanigans in the workplace.
With it being Shark Week, it’s a good time for employees dealing with a rocky relationship to solve it.
Kelly Lauret from Robert Half International tells 660News you have to start with good communication.
“The one thing that you want to do is obviously address the situation. If someone is trying to make you look bad, then right away you’d would want to say something but I would say give yourself time to cool down before you do that, Lauret says.”
She also says looking at the situation from different perspectives is a good way to solve an issue and the boss also needs to work with the employees to help create a better work environment.
