Calgary man arrested on kidnapping charges

A Calgary man has been arrested and charged with allegedly conspiring to have someone kidnapped and murdered.

47-year-old Kishore Kapur is facing a total of seven charges including three counts of counselling another person to commit kidnapping , assault and murder.

Police say the he approached more than one person to commit the crime.

The intended victim is known to Kapur and officers say the motive is part of a domestic situation.
