Local golf courses taking a hit due to afternoon rain

Calgary golfers seem to be hesitant to book late tee times for fear of being drenched, and local golf courses are taking a hit.

The head pro of Fox Hollow tells The Calgary Sun the bad weather has slowed down night golf, adding he’s never seen so much rain and hail in a two-week period.

The latest forecast from 660 Meteorologist David Spence doesn’t hold much hope for golfers, calling for a chance of showers every day this week until Friday.
