Calgary’s ReggaeFest wraps up with Saturday performances

Calgary’s ReggaeFest transcends racial, cultural and musical boundaries and wraps up in the heart of the city this Saturday.
The main stage will feature performances from Canadian and international reggae artists, as well as a taste of reggae culture at numerous food vendors.
Organizer Leo Cripps tells 660News, they also really focused on family-friendly activities, since kids don’t just want to watch the bands.
They want to be active and doing their own thing which includes bouncers, a craft tent, sand magic and more.
ReggaeFest performances start at 11 a.m. Saturday morning at Shaw Millennium Park on 9th Avenue and 11th Street, S.W. downtown.
