Early start times hurting students’ performance


It’s time to get kids back into their regular bedtime routine after a summer of staying up late.  

Most students go back to school in the next few weeks, and a study says letting your teens sleep in would help them get better grades.  

Researchers at the University of California found not only do early start times hurt performance in early classes, the effects linger throughout the day.
