Taber corn is now in Calgary

It has been a long wait, but Taber corn has arrived in Calgary.
The Kingsland Farmers’ Market on Macleod Trail S. just received a truck load of the vegetable.
Manager Darrell Komick tells 660News, the weather has hampered efforts to get the crop off the field.
Komick adds Taber corn is always in high demand because it’s five times sweeter than other varieties.
The tasty treat is expected to be available at the market for the next month.
