India Fest celebrates it’s third year!

Sunday marks the the third annual India Fest taking place at Calgary’s Shaw Millennium Park.
The family oriented festival features South Asian food, art and live music.
There’s a little something for everyone with Bollywood dance lessons, henna art, and yoga instructions.
Rakhee Dattani with the festival’s organizing committee, says “there’s no way anyone would come there and not just be really, really enthralled by the music and the sounds and the music and the smells.”
This year the festival is supporting the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter in their mission to stop family violence in the Calgary community.
Admission to the festival is free.
