Albertans confident in their job security

Albertans have the highest confidence in the country when it comes to job security.

While only half of Canadians in the Bank of Montreal survey said they are confident they won’t lose their job, in this province, the number is nearly seven in 10.

The lowest confidence in the country comes out of Atlantic Canada.

Only 43 per cent there are feeling secure and one third fear they’ll lose their job.
