Crash sends two motorcyclists to hospital

Two motorcyclists are in a Calgary hospital in critical condition after a crash near Claresholm Friday afternoon.
Just before 1 p.m., three motorcycles were heading west on Highway 520 when one of the bikes veered into the eastbound lane and collided with a truck.
The bike then crashed into one of the other motorcyclists.
One was taken to Claresholm hospital then flown to Calgary in critical condition, while the second rider was driven to the city in critical but stable condition. The third avoided the crash altogether.
The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.
Alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors.
