Spruce Meadows welcomes CEO’s from around the world

Some of the world’s most powerful business leaders are in Calgary for the next few days.

For the 21st year in a row, Spruce Meadows is hosting what’s called the Changing Fortunes Roundtable at this year’s Spruce Meadows Masters.

Spruce President Linda Southern-Heathcott tells The Calgary Herald the audience of about 200 is filled with CEO’s from around the world.

Keynote speakers this year include Sergio Marchionne, the CEO of Fiat and Chrysler, as well as the head of heavy equipment maker Caterpillar.

The theme of this year’s round table is manufacturing.
