Rash of thefts by flight screeners

A warning to those who may be travelling stateside; according to The Calgary Sun, a recent rash of dishonest airport screeners have popped-up all over the U.S.

A report by the QMI Agency shows pre-flight screeners ranging from New York to Hawaii have been caught red-handed stealing cash, medications, and other valuables from passengers.

One screener in New Jersey stole as much as $30-thousand from female passengers who spoke little English.

The report also says that’s just one of at least six known cases across the country.
