First responders take the stand in triple murder case

First responders were called to the stand today at the murder trial for Nathan Zuccherato and Michael Roberto.
The two are accused of gunning down three men at Bolsa Restaurant on New Year’s Day 2009.
Both men have pleaded not guilty to three counts of first degree murder.
Crown prosecutor Shane Parker went over the crime scene photos one by one with Detective Jim Hans, the primary crime scene investigator in the case.
The jury was shown where bullets landed including several that went through the walls before coming to a stop in a barber shop next door to the restraurant.
It gave the jury of 7 men and 5 women an idea of how many shots were fired on the afternoon of January 1st, 2009.
A CPS officer with the gangs unit is expected to take the stand on Thursday.
