Liberal leader weighs in on Mar

The new leader of the Alberta Liberals is warning that Gary Mar would bring American-style health care to the province.
Dr. Raj Sherman says Mar and those backing him, want to privatize health care and put hospitals in the hands of “their rich buddies”.
Sherman says that the mismanagement of health care has led to cutbacks in every ministry that is essential to the functioning of society.
Mar received 41 per cent of the vote in the first ballot to pick a new leader of the Alberta PCs. The final round of voting goes October 1st with Alison Redford and Doug Horner also still in the running.
