19th annual STARS equestrian ride

STARS air ambulance is holding their 19th annual equestrian ride Sunday afternoon, west of Longview.

The four hour ride encourages participants to collect pledges prior to the ride and includes a pancake breakfast, a bbq beef supper, and a silent auction.

The Millarville ride is a community sponsored event primarily supporting STARS and Foothills Regional EMS.

Last year, STARS flew over 1,400 missions in Southern Alberta including 35 missions to Millarville.
