Police release suspect descriptions in Kensington shooting

City police are turning to the public to try and track down two suspects allegedly involved in a shooting in Kensington over the weekend.
Reports of shots fired early Saturday morning led police to the 300 block of 10th Street Northwest where they found two men in their 20’s suffering from gunshot wounds.
It’s believed the shooting occurred following an altercation between two groups of men but a motive is still not known.
Both men were taken to hospital in serious but stable condition.
Police are looking for two men they believe may have been involved in the incident and may have fled the scene in a light coloured sedan, possibly a Mazda.
The first is described as hispanic, about 25 years old with a slim build, wearing dark clothing.
He’s approximately 5′ 8″, clean shaven with brown, curly hair in a ponytail.
The second suspect is a black man, 20 to 30 years old, about 5’5″ with a slim build, and wearing a plaid green jacket.
