Work/life balance expert and creator of the Exponential Living Program, Sheri Riley, says people must accept they can’t do everything all at once.

“We have an idea that being overwhelmed is not a good thing, when the reality is; being overwhelmed just means you have more than enough of what you want,” she says. “So, get comfortable in that feeling, and in knowing you can’t get everything done. It goes back to that old adage, ‘Shoot for the moon and even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.'”
