More men enrolling in nursing programs at U of C

An all-time high number of men are enrolling in first-year nursing at the University of Calgary.
Nineteen-year-old Tyler Hume tells The Calgary Herald, he always planned a medical career but admits he became smitten with nursing and patient care.
The U of C says 13 per cent of their 123 nursing students are men, compared with about nine per cent in the past decade.
