Fatal pedestrian collision in northeast

A 61-year-old woman was killed Wednesday night while walking across a road in the northeast.

About 20 minutes before midnight, she was hit by a black Honda Prelude on 36th St. at the intersection of Whitehorn Dr.

She died on scene.

Speed and alcohol are not considered factors.
