Graffiti vandals hit Bow River weir

People in nearby Inglewood are speaking out about an explosion of graffiti vandalism on the Bow River weir.
The Calgary Sun reports vandals have been leaving their mark ever since the new, safer, Harvie Passage was opened, even though the wall they’re tagging is not open to the public.
Because of the changes on the weir, the wall is now a lot more accessible.
