Evidence in the Bolsa triple murder case could wrap Wednesday.
In court Tuesday, a detective took the stand, saying the man who told police he was involved in the massacre had many things wrong with his story.
Sgt. Darren Berglind said the man identified as John Doe was wrong about was where innocent bystander Keni Su’a was when shots were fired.
Doe told the detective the reason Su’a was shot was because he was sitting with the targeted gang associates Aaron Bendle and Sanjeev Mann.
Witnesses say Su’a was alone at another table.
Nathan Zuccherato and Michael Roberto each faces three charges of first-degree murder.
