Martin Short named a Canada’s Got Talent judge

Emmy and Tony award-winning Canadian icon Martin Short will take a seat at the judge’s desk for Citytv’s original series, Canada’s Got Talent.
The Hamilton, Ont. native is famous from his collection of characters and celebrity impersonations, some of which immortalized during his tenure on Saturday Night Live.
On the big screen, Short has starred in a number of movies including Three Amigos, Father of the Bride, Captain Ron, Mars Attacks! and Innerspace.
Short is the first to join judge’s panel with the remaining judges and host to be announced in the next few days.
