Michael Roberto admits threatening guard

As if the Bolsa trial wasn’t enough time in a courtroom for Michael Roberto, he was back the day after he was handed a life sentence to plead guilty to uttering death threats to a jail guard.
It happened in a Calgary remand centre last June when Roberto was awaiting trial in the New Year’s Day massacre.
The Crown prosecutor says an argument with the guard started over cell conditions.
He says Roberto was trying to damage the toilet in the cell, and that’s when he made a death threat to his jailer.
The Calgary Sun reports he was sentenced to six months.
