NATO officials will meet Friday to decide when and how to end the seven-month bombing campaign over Libya.
This comes after the death of ousted dictator Moammar Gadhafi Thursday. In the meantime, there is still some confusion as to how he actually died.
The UN human rights committee is calling for a probe into how he died.
The photos are not clear whether he was beaten and executed or whether he died en route to hospital.
Most accounts from rebel witnesses say he was beaten up a bit and his last words reportedly were “don’t shoot,” but someone did, hitting him in either the stomach or the head.
The National Transitional Council said it never issued an order to kill Gadhafi, just to capture him.
According to Al Jazeera, the NTC now has to decide where and if to bury Gadhafi.
