Dustin Paxton’s alleged victim testifies for second straight day

A Calgary court has heard graphic sexual details about the alleged relationship Dustin Paxton had with his former roommate.

The man, who cannot be named, was on the stand for a second day in a row detailing how he says Paxton both physically and sexually abused him over several months.

When asked by Crown Prosecutor Joe Mercier if he ever defended himself the man said quote “I never fought back, one time I got intense with him, but I paid the price for that.”

Shortly after that testimony, the Crown wrapped up it’s questioning and the cross-examination started.

At one point during the defence’s cross-examination of the unnamed man, Paxton stood up looking angry gripping his teeth.

He never said a word and court security had to whisper to the 31-year-old to take a seat.

The incident occurred as the unnamed man was testifying about how he says Paxton would walk around their Centre St. home with an erection.

The man testified that Paxton never asked him for sexual favours in so many words, but said he made certain implied gestures.

The 28-year-old grew frustrated with Defence Lawyer Jim Lutz’ questions and told him “I know what happened and that’s all that matters.”

His testimony will continue Wednesday.
