Two hurt in blaze at Olympic Plaza

There’s been a tent fire at the Occupy Calgary camp, reportedly started by a candle.
Calgary Fire Battalion Chief Don Huska says the fire was out when crews arrived at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, but the contents of the tent were still smoldering.
Two men were injured after coming in contact with the melted tent material.
“When it comes in contact with your skin it sticks to your skin by being molten, and that’s what makes it more dangerous,” says Bat. Chief Huska.
The incident could add fuel to the argument the camp is unsafe.
It comes after the city handed out dozens of eviction notices to protesters.
