Calgary occupiers will have their day in court.
Residents of the tent-city at Olympic Plaza received an application from the Court of Queens Bench Wednesday night.
They are fighting to keep their tents in place after the city filed for an order asking the courts to allow police to enforce an injunction to kick the protestors out of the park area.
According to The Calgary Herald, the occupiers will appear before a court justice on Dec. 2.
