Calgarian found dead in Florida

The former head of the Calgary Poppy Fund has been found dead in Florida, the charity’s current head confirms.
Joey Bleviss says George Bittman lived on a sailboat that he bought last year.
Media reports in Fort Pierce, Florida quote police saying they received a call Saturday evening that a body was located in the Indian River Lagoon.
The reports say police later confirmed it was Bittman, who was 72.
