Santa will be at the Calgary Humane Society on Saturday!

The organization’s Christy Thompson tells 660News he’ll be there for the annual Christmas Party for the Animals, a fun-filled fundraiser for the family and the family pet.

“We’ve got a barbecue happening and other assorted yummy goodies, so lots to drink and eat. You can come and get your pet’s picture with Santa, so bring your kids and your pets. Last year we even had a lizard,” she says.

You’ll have to keep your lizard on a leash or carry him around with all the other pets and kids that’ll be there.

Christmas pictures are a $10 donation.

You can also take along an item or two from the animals’ Christmas wish list.

The Christmas Party for the Animals runs from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 10th. The Calgary Humane Society is located at 4455 – 110 Avenue S.E.
