Power outage in northeast

The power remained out Tuesday morning to almost 500 people after a police car collided with a power pole in the Northeast.
The officer escaped with only minor injuries after being pinned in the vehicle for a time.
Enmax spokesperson Doris Kaufman tells 660News the pole the officer hit pulled down a couple of others when it came down.
“Once the first pole went down an additional five went down and so ultimately there’s just under 600 customers in the area that are without power now,” adds Kaufman.
