Law enforcement officials continue to keep a close eye on problem bars and establishments in the city.
The city manager of business licenses, Marc Halat told a council committee Wednesday, the work of a multi-agency task force to keep establishments on the straight and narrow is worthwhile.
According to The Calgary Sun, Ald. Druh Farrell praised the group in closing the Savory Lodge, a well-known drug haven in Motel Village in the northwest.
