A well known charity is looking for volunteers to help create Christmas magic for adults with disabilities.
Easter Seals Camp Horizon offers seasonal cheer and quality time for 55 adults with physical and developmental disabilities.
The organization’s Anna Garcia tells 660News, the hours are very flexible and volunteers will be taken care of.
Garcia says, “We can take volunteers for a day commitment or for the entire time. We do have accommodations and food for volunteers, so whatever amount of time they can give us, we’re quite happy to have”.
Camp Horizon is west of Bragg Creek, located on 62 acres in the scenic foothills of Kananaskis country.
The Christmas camp runs between December 23rd through 26th.
